METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION
Duphalyte is administered as follows:
In horses, cattle, pigs: they will be administered intravenously slowly.
In dogs and cats: it will only be administered intravenously slowly.
In calves and piglets less than 3 years of age: administration is initially intravenous. The following administrations, if necessary, can be performed subcutaneously, in two or more separate ones.
Recommended doses:
Horses, cattle, sows and wild boars:
Up to 100 ml per 50 kg of body weight.
Calves, calves and piglets:
Up to 30 ml per 5 kg of body weight.
Dogs and cats:
Up to 50 ml per 5 kg of body weight.
RECOMMENDATIONS ON CORRECT ADMINISTRATION
Excessive administration can cause nausea and fatigue. In such cases the administration of the product will be interrupted until the animal is restored, after which it will continue at a reduced rate.

This product will be administered at normal body temperature.
When administered subcutaneously to calves or piglets, pain at the injection site may occur. This pain is usually transient. Minimizing these reactions will be considered. The operator will be instructed on the use of the product.
