AminAvast® is easy to use. The capsule can simply be broken open and used as a powder. For capricious cats, or those whose appetite is diminished, take a small syringe (about 3 ml) and fill it with 1.5 ml of water. Dispense the water into a small cup, mix with the contents of the AminAvast® capsule, then draw the solution back into the syringe and then administer the contents of the syringe into the cat's mouth. At the same time, you can mix the contents of the capsules with wet food. Be sure to administer your mixture slowly to the side of your mouth and never to the back (at the base of your tongue) to avoid choking. Talk to your veterinarian about the safest options for your pet.
