Melilax is an innovative honey-based microenema, which combines a balanced evacuation action with a protective and soothing action of the rectal mucosa, useful to combat discomfort, irritation and inflammation, present in case of constipation.
The double action of Melilax is obtained thanks to PROMELAXIN, an active complex of nectar honey, specially selected and processed for the content of monosaccharides, polysaccharides and melanoidins, enriched with the polysaccharide fraction of aloe and marshmallow.

Melilax is indicated in the treatment of constipation, even in the presence of visceral hypersensitivity (such as in case of irritable bowel), cracks and hemorrhoids. It is also suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Method of administration: apply a few drops to the perianal area and gently insert the cannula into the rectum. Press the microenema all the way down, and at the end of the application keep it pressed until the cannula is completely extracted, to prevent the product from being aspirated.

Children aged 3-12 years: 1 microenema of 5g, if needed. In case of persistent constipation, apply 2 consecutive doses.
Children aged 1-3 years: 1 microenema of 5g, if needed.
Infants aged 0-1 year: half a 5g microenema, as needed.
Warnings:

Do not use in case of individual hypersensitivity or allergy to one or more components of the product. In case of persistent constipation, it is important to consult your doctor to rule out other pathologies.
The microenema is disposable, therefore it cannot be reused when half a dose is administered, such as in the case of infants.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources.
Keep out of the reach and sight of small children. The expiry date refers to the product kept in the original packaging and in appropriate conditions.
