ACTIVE SUBSTANCES

Excipients

Directions

The product is effective in combating avian mycoplasmosis (chronic respiratory disease), salmonellosis, colibacillosis, secondary microbial infections.

DOSAGE FOR EACH SPECIES, ROUTE AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION

The product is administered individually to birds in the following doses:

The product can be administered from the first week of life, at a dose of ¼ tablet/chicken and from the third week of life, with 1/2 tablet/chicken/day, for 3 consecutive days.

For adult birds, 1 tablet/kg body weight/day is recommended, for 3 consecutive days.

Depending on the nature of the disease, the product can be administered in the same doses for 5-7 consecutive days.

RECOMMENDATIONS ON CORRECT ADMINISTRATION

The weight of the animals must be correctly assessed. Do not administer together with other antibiotics.

SPECIAL WARNINGS

In case of accidental ingestion of the product or allergic skin contact, seek medical advice immediately and show the package leaflet or the label to the physician. Protective equipment should be worn when handling the veterinary medicinal product.

The use of the product should be based on susceptibility testing of bacteria isolated from animals. If this is not possible, therapy should be based on epidemiological information regarding the susceptibility of the target bacteria.

National and regional antimicrobial policies should be considered when using the product.

Use of the product not in accordance with the instructions in the SPC may lead to an increase in the prevalence of bacteria resistant to the active substances and may lead to a decrease in the effectiveness of the treatment, due to the possibility of cross-resistance.

SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS FOR THE DISPOSAL OF UNUSED PRODUCT OR WASTE MATERIALS, IF ANY

Medicines should not be thrown away in wastewater or household waste.

Ask your veterinarian for information on how to dispose of medicines no longer required. These measures help protect the environment.

COMPOSIZIONE - Una compressa da 100 mg contiene:

AZIONE FARMACOLOGICA

Avianprotect ten è una formula medicinale sviluppata per l'uso nel controllo delle malattie trasmissibili negli uccelli, basata sulla combinazione di 3 antibiotici, con un ampio spettro antibatterico, ma anche per effetto di micoplasmi e spirochete.
Grazie alla combinazione dei tre antibiotici, il farmaco è molto efficace nelle infezioni causate da Gram-negativi (Salmonella sp., E. coli, Klebsiella sp., Pseudomonas sp., Ecc.) E Gram-positivi (Streptococcus sp. E Staphylococcus sp. Etc.) .) resistente ad altri antibiotici.
Il tylosin tartrato è un antibiotico del gruppo macrolidico. Ha una notevole azione germicida sui micoplasmi ma anche su germi Gram-positivi, germi Gram-negativi e spirochete.
L'eritromicina tiocianato è un antibiotico ad azione batteriostatica. A causa del carattere liposolubile, attraversa le pareti cellulari con struttura lipidica inattivando i micoplasmi. Agisce anche sui germi Gram-positivi e Gram-negativi, nonché contro gli spirochete e le rickettsiae.
La neomicina agisce preferenzialmente nell'intestino, in particolare sui germi Gram-negativi. La combinazione con il complesso polivitaminico aumenta la resistenza del corpo a varie infezioni batteriche o micoplasma e contribuisce a una migliore conversione dei mangimi.

METODO DI SOMMINISTRAZIONE

Il prodotto viene somministrato individualmente agli uccelli nelle seguenti dosi:

dalla prima settimana di vita: 1/4 compressa / pollo e la terza settimana di vita: 1/2 compressa / pollo / giorno, per 3 giorni consecutivi.
negli uccelli adulti: 1 compressa / kg di peso corporeo / giorno, per 3 giorni consecutivi. A seconda della natura della malattia, il prodotto può essere somministrato nelle stesse dosi, per 5-7 giorni consecutivi.
AVVERTENZE: non utilizzare con altri antibiotici.
