Maxforce Quantum Ants 4 x 30g

Maxforce Quantum  is an insecticide with a state-of-the-art formulation:  insecticide bait gel with a special attractant  for combating  ants.

Features:

• It includes  food attractants,  especially based on sugars - which attract ants to consume, even to the detriment of classic food sources; 
• It allows for  easy and practical intervention  in premises where the use of classic insecticides (liquid or solid) can generate possible secondary problems.
• It acts by ingestion and has a "cascade of death" effect, exterminating the entire nest (muzzle); 
• It does not pose any risk to non-target animals (pets, children, etc.). The gel contains a bitter substance (bitrex) to prevent and deter accidental ingestion by non-target species.

Where is Maxforce Quantum insecticide used: 

• Living spaces (apartments, houses, villas, dormitories, etc.);
• Hotels, restaurants, bars, shops and other retail locations; 
• Hospitals, polyclinics, dispensaries, medical offices, schools, nurseries; 
• Spaces where food is stored, prepared and served (kitchens, dining rooms, etc.);

How to use:

Indoor application:

Maxforce Quantum  can be applied in the form of 0.2 - 0.3 g drops (the size of a bean), in areas where intense ant activity has been observed.

It is recommended to apply the gel in places where it is not washed or cleaned frequently, so that the gel lasts for 12 - 14 weeks.

To ensure continuous feeding, it is recommended that you do not disturb the gel drops as much as possible, so as not to disrupt the ants' natural feeding behavior. 

It is advisable to periodically inspect the places where  Maxforce Quantum has been applied , in order to refresh the gel drops, as they may be consumed by ants.

Outdoor application:

Maxforce Quantum  can be applied in the form of drops of 0.2 - 0.3 g (the size of a bean), in areas where intense ant activity has been observed: cracks and crevices in the wall, between the tiles used to cover terraces, on access stairs, etc.

It is recommended that the gel be applied in areas protected from rain (apply only when a period of 48 hours without rain is expected), and from direct, strong and prolonged sunlight. If you have identified the source of the mite, apply 1 - 2 drops of gel directly on it.

The action time starts from  2 days  to  28 days . The first effects will be observed after 48 - 72 hours, with the population number decreasing in less than a week, and after 14 days, in the case of a normal infestation, eradication can be considered complete.

If the infestation is  massive , in the case where the ants come from the renewal of the population from neighboring, untreated ants, a treatment of up to 6 - 8 weeks is necessary. The gel drops, once applied, remain active and have an attractive effect for ant populations, up to 12 - 14 weeks, thus preventing subsequent reinfestations. If the eradication was not complete, it is advisable that the treatment be reapplied after 7 days.

The targeted pests of Maxforce Quantum are the most common ant species:

- Lassius niger  (black garden/kitchen ant)
- Monomorium pharaonis  (pharaoh ant, digging ant)
- Tapinoma melanocephalum  (white-transparent ant, ghost ant)
- Linepithema humile  (Argentine ant, wood ant)

Composition:  100 g of  Maxforce Quantum contains imidaclopirid 0.03 g (0.03%) - 0.3 g/kg and co-formulants up to 100 g.
